All students participating in Ninja Workout Classes will learn to apply correct and safe technique before attempting any skills
BOOT CAMP
Teen/Adult (60 minute class)
This is a Boot Camp Cardio Workout. A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training! Each class will be finished off with muscle development and conditioning.
NINJA RACING
Teen/Adult (60 minute class)
Want to train like a Ninja Warrior or any OCR athlete? Come put your skills and speed to the ultimate test as you compete against the clock and other ninja athletes. Every week will be a new course with different rules that will challenge you physically and mentally. Join us and begin your quest for total victory!
Class Race Example 45 min
– Introduce and explain rules for obstacles that will be used during class
– Demo each obstacle if needed
– 5 min to let class members play on obstacles before the race starts
– Organize order or split into teams and start racing
– Keep track of fastest times
OCR TRAINING
Teen/Adult (60 minute class)
This class introduces teens and adults (all genders) to the world of Obstacle Course Racing – with the use of our state of the art Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course. Instructors prepare students to successfully complete the entire course. The class will begin with stretching and toning and includes exercise on the trampoline, rope course, adult-ninja course, bouldering wall, and tumble floor. Students will have fun while they get fit, toned, build strength, increase flexibility, balance speed and agility. Each class will be finished off with muscle development and conditioning exercises that incorporate Ninja elements.
CALISTHENICS
Teen/Adult (60 minute class)
Learn a variety of rhythmical gross motor movements. This exercise training is intended to increase body strength, body fitness and flexibility through movements such as pulling and pushing yourself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance. These movements are conducted in concert with stretches. Calisthenics provides the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
STRETCHING & TONING
Teen/Adult (60 minute class)
After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles. Stretching and toning class is a great workout for abs, butt, arms and more. This Stretch & Flex class helps to develop lean and flexible muscles. This stretching class is useful for correcting posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended positions. Learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.

A SIGNED WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY NINJA LOUNGE PARTICIPANT.
