PRIVATE CLASSES ($75/hr or $90/90min)

Aerial Silks: Core, Flexibility & Grip Strength
Body Fitness: Fat Burning, Circuit Training. Strength & Endurance
Ninja Warrior Class: Ninja Warrior Training, Upper Body, OCR, & Speed
Dance Fitness: Rhythm Cardio & Coordination
Parkour: Endurance, Agility & Creative Movement
