Ninja Lounge adult classes combine serious training with the gym you actually want to show up to. Whether you're chasing an American Ninja Warrior audition, getting aerial silk strong, or just want a dance-fitness routine that doesn't feel like punishment — we've got a class for you.

Warrior & Fitness Classes

• Aerial Silks — Core, flexibility and grip strength
• Body Fitness — Fat-burning circuit training, strength and endurance
• Ninja Warrior Class — Obstacle training, upper body, OCR and speed
• Dance Fitness — Rhythm, cardio and coordination
• Parkour — Endurance, agility and creative movement

Circus & Arts Classes

• Aerial Silks, Lyra & Trapeze
• Acro Dance & Tumbling
• Handbalance & Flexibility
• Specialty workshops and intensives

Private Classes

$75/hr or $90/90 min. Choose from Aerial Silks, Body Fitness, Ninja Warrior, Dance Fitness or Parkour. One-on-one coaching with our certified instructors for the fastest possible progress.
