What kind of Attractions Ninja Lounge offer?
- Main Trampoline Court: Over 8000 square feet of jumping fun! (reserved time only) in hourly increments for participants that are 45” in height or taller. Ages 5 and up
- Trampoline Dodge Ball: Two Tournament Size Courts: One with standard size trampoline beds and one with Long Track Trampoline beds. Guests play in half hour and hourly increments.
- Trampoline Basketball: Three 26 ft basketball lanes for slam dunking on basketball hoops** Trampoline non-skid socks required. Ninja Lounge provides them at nominal cost. **

Soft Play
2 story play area for ages 2-6 includes climbing, jumping, sliding, and fun. There’s a Gymnastics Arena with a gymnastics obstacle circuit, a variety of play toys, and fun games!
What is Open Jump?
Open jump refers to the time we are open to walk-in jumpers. If we are closed for a private event or any other reason we will post that information on our online calendar, website, or Facebook page.
PARTIES & EVENTS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve a party.
Due to health and safety concerns, no outside food and drink is allowed! Cake and cupcakes are permissible.
PLEASE no ice cream, donuts, fruit, candy, chips, finger food, soda, juice, etc.
All parties are booked on the hour.
All participants need an ONLINE- or paper- Ninja Lounge Waiver signed beforeparticipating on any equipment or attractions. Anyone under the age of 18 must have an ONLINE Ninja Lounge Waiver signed by their legal guardian/parent.
To avoid full charge of a party, a 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel.
There is no additional charge for non- participants. Parents feel free to stay and watch your child participate.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time. You may set up in the party area once it is available.
Please be aware that there is a possibility your party area may be booked immediately following the end of your party. Be prepared to leave the party area right at the end of the party.
Ninja Lounge is still open to the public during Birthday Parties.

Can I rent Ninja Lounge exclusively for a Party or all night party?
Yes, you can. All night at Jumping with 60-150 friends. 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. Your own custom music and full use of our huge wall projector, along with full access to all party rooms. Sleeping bags on the trampolines are allowed (we do not supply sleeping bags)! Our Ninja parties get best reviews!! This is great for high school senior nights, all night parties, group events, and much much more.

Can I rent Ninja Lounge exclusively for a private party?
Yes, but we are very picky about the timing of exclusive events. The cost to rent the entire Ninja Lounge Park exclusively for one hour is $1,000. The price for 2 hours is $1,400.00. Maximum capacity is 175 Jumpers. We also have discounted rates for daytime field trips for schools, church groups and educational organizations. Do you give group discounts?
Special Group Rates start at 20+ people and apply to organizations such as Boy Scouts, Schools, Churches, corporate events, etc. and are offered Monday – Thursday and Sunday after 4pm (excluding Holidays). Please inquire about our group rates on Fridays or Saturdays. A deposit is required to hold the day and time.
Can I make a reservation for a group?
Group Rates are available during regular hours Monday through Thursday for groups of 15 jumpers or more. You must make your reservation and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer group rates on weekends or holidays. You can still reserve a spot for a group on the weekend or holiday, but unless you are church affiliated we don’t offer a group discount on weekends or holidays.

Do I have to buy my tickets online at NinjaLounge.com?
Walk-ins are always welcome and typically we are able to accommodate you.
Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
• Tickets may be purchased via our website, phone, or our location.
• Tickets may be purchased up to 30 days prior to jump date.
• All sales are final. Ticket times are non-refundable and times may not be adjusted due to late arrival. Tickets are non-transferable.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to jump time on weekends to ensure timely check-in.
• Coupons are not accepted for online purchases. Coupons may be presented at check-in.
• Printer problems? No problem, we can look up your purchase when you arrive.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays we DO SELL OUT. You can pre-purchase your jump time and secure your time spot by purchasing tickets online. Follow the “Buy Tickets” on the right on the page.
It is recommended to buy your tickets online if possible. When school is out, we can be busy and there can be a considerable wait time for walk-ins. We have a strict capacity level that we have to abide by for safety reasons. If we are at capacity, the wait time could be long.
Refunds
All Open Jump Sessions
• Non-refundable at time of purchase at Ninja lounge location.
• More than a 24 hours’ notice before jump time – credit to Ninja Lounge account available for full cost of online purchase.
• Less than a 24 hours’ notice before jump time – no credit or refund available for online purchase.
Group Events
- • 30% deposit due at time of group booking—except city groups.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If you do need to cancel the group event, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of the original group’s date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your rescheduled event.
Birthday Parties
- • 50% deposit due at time of party booking
• Deposits are non-refundable
• If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of original party’s date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your re-scheduled party.
Ninja Lounge will not refund any deposit received. We will make every effort to reschedule your event to the next available date of your choice.
If Ninja Lounge closes due to any reason, you will be notified by the manager prior to your scheduled start time.
WAIVER
Must I sign a waiver to enter Ninja Lounge?
YES! Every participant needs to have a liability waiver signed.
- If you are over 18 years old, you can fill a waiver out for yourself.
- If you are under 18, your LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT must fill it out for you.
- No grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends or someone else’s parent can sign on your behalf. No exceptions! We make it easily accessible by providing the e-waiver available on our website.
- For identification purpose a driver’s license number is required for all electronically submitted waivers.
- Electronic waiver confirmation does not need to be printed.
- Waivers can be filled out online, at home, or at our location. Paper waivers are available at our location as well.
- Waivers will stay on file for one year.
- Paper waivers submitted for birthday parties and group events are valid for ONE DAY ONLY.

Do I have to sign a waiver for my kids every time they visit Ninja Lounge?
No. Waivers are kept on file and only need to be filled out once a year.
Can my friends mom sign my waiver?
No, it must be signed by your legal guardian.
Can I sign for my brother or sister?
No, you must be the child’s legal guardian.
I have a waiver through my youth group/camp/organization do I need a different one?
Yes, you will need to have your parent sign the Ninja Lounge waiver.
If my mom forgot to sign my waiver, can I still jump?
No, we need to have a signed waiver by the child’s legal guardian for them to be allowed to participate on all Ninja Lounge equipment and attractions, but they can easily fill one out on our website at home or work.
Do I need a waiver if I am only watching someone else participate?
You only need a waiver if you participate on any of Ninja Lounge equipment and attractions.
What are the chances of getting injured on the Ninja Lounge Attractions?
Injuries can occur on any of Ninja Lounge equipment and attractions. That’s why we call it an “Extreme Obstacle Course and Trampoline Park”. We require that you sign a waiver before participating. The waiver details important safety information and risks associated with all equipment and attractions at Ninja Lounge.
Ninja Lounge employs the latest technology and safety engineering to ensure that your recreational experience is as safe as possible. Like any vigorous sporting activity, injuries can and do occur. However, injuries are rare and usually quite minor.
Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury areminimal. Members of our staff are trained and certified in First-Aid and CPR. If someone is injured, we will call 911.
