Stretching and Toning:
Stretching and toning is a combination of strength and flexibility. In this class you will push your body to places it has never been before. You will learn how to properly stretch all of your muscles and tone your body using either light weights or no weights at all. This class is suitable for all levels, so don’t worry if you have never tried anything like this before.
This class isboth for beginners and anintroduction to silk’s class. Students will learn proper safety procedures. It focuses on basic beginner poses and basic climbing exercises that help to build strength and confidence.
This class works with the foundation of beginner poses and advanced poses that may include single foot locks, double foot locks, cross backs, and hip keys. You will learn drops without a knot and basic climbing exercises to increase the students confidence to learn more difficult skills.
*An evaluation is required to be in this class.
Warrior Camp is a boot-camp style class based around fat burning and circuit training. Warrior Camp is not only good for the body but also for the mind. Along with training and pushing your body to the limit, Warrior Camp will also test your mental toughness and take you places you never thought you could go.
Cardio Fitness/Trampoline Fitness:
Cardio Fitness is centered around your heartrate. Students will be pushed to bring their heartrates up and keeping it up for the duration of the class. This class is great for people who are interested in weightloss and/or just breaking a sweat for greater endurance.
Acrobatic Gymnastics is an infusion of choreography and complex acrobatic skills performed in partnership where it displays grace, strength, flexibility and excitement. Gymnasts work in harmony and trust, a true and texting examination of human relationships.This class is fun for athletes of any age and athletic ability.
